Inmopad: A Secure Online Marketplace for Real Estate

Inmopad optimises your property search for a secure and trustworthy experience. This guide details how Inmopad fosters a safe space for buyers and clarifies the process for handling unauthorised listings.

Inmopad prioritises user safety. Unlike traditional selling agencies, Inmopad functions as an online marketplace. This means sellers connect directly with buyers on our platform. Inmopad ensures transparency by holding each real estate agency responsible for their listings. We cannot modify or remove information without legal justification.

Resolving Unauthorised Listings

If you encounter an unauthorised listing on Inmopad, follow these steps:

Contact the Agency Directly: Use the contact details, including Direct Message, Email and Call, on the listing page or visit their office. Politely request the removal of the unauthorised listing. You can also use the 'Report Listing' option.

Inmopad Intervention: If the agency is unresponsive, contact Inmopad at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue and mediate with the agency.

Providing Legal Documentation: If cooperation fails, Inmopad requires one of the following documents to remove the listing:

  • Proof of ownership (for property owners)
  • Valid exclusivity contract (for agencies)

Official complaints filed with local law enforcement are also accepted.

Important Considerations

Inmopad cannot remove listings where multiple agencies have permission from the homeowner.

A lingering "sold" listing might be due to a minor delay in portfolio updates. Contact the agency for clarification before filing a complaint.

Inmopad emphasises user safety and a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
