Inmopad is a data-driven property portal built for modern real estate. We connect serious buyers with trusted professionals, making luxury property transactions smooth, transparent, and refreshingly simple.
How do I reset my password?
Log in to your account dashboard, head to the My Profile tab, and scroll down to Reset Password. After confirming the change, you’ll receive an automatic email notification.
How do I register as a real estate professional?
Visit https://inmopad.com/contact/#join-inmopad and complete our registration form. Our account support team will complete your onboarding process, set up your account, invoice you for your chosen plan and provide you with access.
All paid plans are non-refundable once activated.
Yes. Every listing is moderated for quality purposes. We reserve the right to reject any property that doesn’t meet our standards or contains misleading material.
No, we don’t qualify or filter leads. However, we do verify that every buyer has registered an account and confirmed their email before contacting you. Please note this account verification is only possible to be confirmed via the contact form, a buyer can call you without having an account.

Once our account support team have created your account, you can start uploading your properties. You can upload manually through the Dashboard > Properties section, or via a feed.* Please make sure your content and images are accurate, up to date, and legally compliant.
* XML feeds have a one-time setup fee of 169€ which we shall bill to you. Once paid, your feed will be parsed according to Inmopad specifications and processed, usually within 24 hours.
Listings are automatically moderated. If your property meets all requirements, it will appear online typically within minutes. If it doesn’t show up, contact [email protected] for assistance.
Our account support team will upload your logo during the onboarding process.
Your logo will then appear across all listings associated with your account. However, you can change your logo at any time by visiting Dashboard > My Profile.
Go to the Agents section of your dashboard and add team members there. You can then assign any agent to your listings.
Not at the moment. Inmopad is currently available exclusively to verified real estate professionals.
How do I create a buyer account?
Go to inmopad.com, click the profile icon in the top-right corner (or tap the text link on mobile), and select Buyer.
Confirm your email via the automatic message we send and that’s it, you’re in.
On the Property Search page, once you’ve set your filters and searched results, simply click Save Search. All saved searches appear in your account dashboard > Saved Searches. You will receive automated emails to notify you of new matching properties until you remove the search.
Tap the heart icon on any property to save it to your favourites. You’ll find all your saved listings under Dashboard > Favourites.
No. We connect buyers and sellers - everything beyond that is between you and the agent.
Yes, Inmopad is a secure and transparent platform. That said, we always recommend hiring legal counsel and ensuring all parties maintain professional and ethical standards throughout the process.
You can contact agents using the contact form on each listing, provided you have a registered and confirmed account. Alternatively, you can call or email agents using the contact details provided on each listing.
If an agent doesn’t respond, email [email protected] with the property link and your enquiry details. We’ll follow up to make sure your message reaches the right person.
