What is Inmopad?
Inmopad is a data and technology driven property portal in Spain, showcasing the very best luxury properties for sale and for rent. We put real estate professionals and buyers together to create a seamless transaction.
How do I reset my password?
Simply login to your account, go to the 'My Profile' tab and at the bottom you will find the option to reset your password. Once you have reset your password you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the change.
Selling on Inmopad
I’d like to partner with Inmopad to promote and sell my listings, who do I talk to?
If you want to register on Inmopad as a Real Estate Professional you simply navigate to Inmopad.com and click on icon in the right-hand side of the header. On mobile devices this is signified by text.
Our packages vary in price depending on how many listings you wish to advertise and are paid upfront. You may cancel your package at any time however please note that refunds will NOT be given after purchase.
Does Inmopad screen/filter listings?
Yes, we care a lot about the quality of listings that are displayed on our platform; we reserve the right to refuse any listing that does not match up to our standards or contains illegal or misleading material.
Does Inmopad qualify leads?
We do not qualify leads that are sent to you, however we ensure all information entered by a potential buyer is correct. In order to contact an agent, a buyer first has to register an account on Inmopad and confirm their email address.

How do I add a listing on Inmopad?
In order to add a listing on Inmopad you need to create an account as an Agency. You can then choose any of our listing packages and start creating listings.
Please note that we do not support the use of XML or API feeds in order to maintain the highest standards and quality of material used on our platform. All properties must be uploaded manually and contain accurate and up-to-date material.
How long does it take for my listings to be online?
When you create a listing, it is moderated automatically. If a listing meets all the requirements, it will appear online. Should any property you upload not appear on our platform, please email [email protected] and we will assist with any issues.
How do I add a logo to my listings?
When you create your account as a Real Estate Professional you have the option to upload your company logo. This will then be displayed on all your listings, regardless of which listings package you choose.
How do I add agents to my listings?
Just add your agents on the 'Agents' section of your dashboard.
How do I proceed if I am a Private Seller?
At this stage we don't have an option to advertise as a private seller.
Buying on Inmopad
How do I create an account on Inmopad if I’m a buyer?
To create an Inmopad account as a Private Buyer, simply navigate to Inmopad.com and click on the icon in the right-hand side of the header. On mobile devices this is signified by text. Select Buyer in the options. You then just need to confirm your email address (you will receive a confirmation email automatically) and you are then all set!
How do I save a search?
When you are on the Property Search page and you have found the parameters you are looking for, simply click on 'Save Search'. Your saved searches can be found in your account dashboard.
How do I save a listing?
To save a listing, simply click on the 'heart' icon and it will turn red to signify 'Saved to Favourites'. On your account dashboard these properties will show under the 'Favourites' tab.
Is Inmopad involved in my transaction?
No, we just put sellers and buyers together. The rest is up to you.
Is it safe to buy expensive properties this way?
Buying and selling properties on Inmopad is easy and safe, however we implore all users to take the necessary precautions, such as seeking legal advice when purchasing properties and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethics are maintained at all times.
How do I contact the agent?
We currently have the option to send a Direct Message to the agent using WhatsApp, with all messages being visible and answerable from your account dashboard (messages tab) which is a feature we hope you will really enjoy. Additionally, you can call or email the agent using the contact details provided.
Why doesn’t the agent respond to my message?
Should you have any difficulties contacting an agent on our platform, please email us via [email protected] and provide us all the details of the property and enquiry and we will attempt to assist in any way.
