How can I advertise on Inmopad?

If you want to advertise on Inmopad as a Real Estate Professional, your business should be well-established. We use the following criteria to check eligibility:
- The company must have a physical business address (P.O. boxes are not accepted). If a physical business address is unavailable, the company must have been registered as a business for at least 12 months.
- The company must be able to conduct viewings for all of its offerings.
- The company must have a company logo and be authorised to use it.
Generally, we rely upon open sources to determine whether a company meets the criteria; however, we may also reach out to ask for supporting documents.
Currently, it is not possible to list properties on Inmopad as a private seller. If you want to advertise your private items, please consider using the services of an established company, such as the ones on our platform.
